The dashboard is good at answering how much happened — spend, tokens, sessions. A digest answers what happened: a written account of what your organization actually accomplished in a period, so you don’t have to open sessions one by one and reconstruct the story yourself.
Where to find it
The digest is a card on the main dashboard, below the metrics strip and above the sessions table. It follows the dashboard’s time filter:

What it shows
The card is a qualitative complement to the numbers above it — it doesn’t repeat spend or session counts, which already have their home in the metrics strip. It shows a short narrative of the period and its topics, with an expandable section for:
- Accomplishments — what got done.
- Next steps — what’s outstanding.
Generate and refresh
Digests are generated on demand. When a period has no digest yet, anyone on the team sees a Generate button; once it’s generated, everyone sees the same shared snapshot along with when it was generated, and a Refresh action to regenerate it. A period with no activity shows “No activity to summarize” and does no generation.
