See the whole agent session, not just the conversation you had. Every shadow call the harness made on your behalf, what it cost, and how each turn unfolded.

You can read a session the way it actually ran. Chat shows the conversation spine you saw; All activity shows everything the harness did on your behalf, with a kind filter to focus in: permission checks, title generation, subagent calls, context compaction, and more.

Token is in 1password as grafana-sa in the infra vault. Wire it up and verify the dashboards tab works.

Wired and verified. .mcp.json now references op://infra/grafana-sa/credential, and the launcher resolves it at start — no secret ever lands in the repo.

The MCP handshake succeeds and the dashboards tab lists all three generated dashboards.

Session Info leads with the numbers that matter: model, tokens in and out, cost, turn count, and a main vs shadow split so you can see how much of your spend went to the conversation versus the machinery around it. A turn histogram gives you the shape of the run, the session’s task checklist tracks what got done, and a status badge tells a completed session from a failed or in-progress one at a glance.
