Upgrade your plan from settings
Settings → Billing used to only tell you which plan you were on. Now it sells them: pick Start or Scale, pay through Stripe, and you're on it.
The Billing section in paper console used to be a read-only badge and a line
asking you to email support. It now lists the plans and sells them.
- Managed gateway
- Session capture & traces
- Community support
- Everything in Start
- Higher rate limits
- Priority support
- Everything in Scale
- Dedicated slices
- Support SLAs
Choosing a plan opens Stripe Checkout, so your card details never touch us. The prices come from Stripe live, so the number you read is the number you’re charged. Back in settings, the section reports each step — confirming the checkout, applying the upgrade, then Your plan is now active — instead of spinning until you reload.
On a paid plan, Manage subscription opens the Stripe customer portal: payment method, invoices, or cancel at the end of the billing period.
Only organization admins can change the plan. Enterprise still goes through us, because dedicated slices and custom terms are a conversation.
